ON-SITE COORDINATION:
Guidance during the last critical month and on the wedding day

• Planning meeting to establish details and timeline, typically two months prior to wedding day
  
• Management and direction of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, including wedding party coordination
  
• Timeline creation and management for rehearsal and wedding day
  
• Vendor and venue liaison, including timeline confirmation, coordination of delivery/pick-up, distribution of payment to vendors the day of the wedding.
  
• Management of bride’s personal belongings and gifts, ensuring safe delivery to the designated place or person after the wedding.

EVENT PRODUCTION:
Full-service planning, from start to finish

• Budget development and management, including cost-saving solutions

• Venue selection, including onsite tours (reception, ceremony and rehearsal) and contract negotiation. For outdoor sites: hire and coordination of tent rentals, flooring, A/C or heating needs, generators, lighting, bathroom units, etc.
